Becoming a Liquid Flow Provider has been an amazing journey of self-discovery and growth. During Liquid Flow Essence, I dove into the technical aspects, learning the beautiful sequences that make Liquid Flow FLOW. 😊 As I progressed to Liquid Flow Deepening, I truly understood the significance of flow, breath and presence in the practice. Discovering the power of breath and grounding served as my anchor, leading me into a state where yin and yang, movement and stillness, effortlessly merge. With this certification, my goal is to create a space where people can simply JUST Be. A place where there are no expectations, where one can fully surrender and trust in their own essence. I want to facilitate an environment where both giving and receiving are natural, like the flow of an infinity symbol, allowing everyone to express freely. I want to express my gratitude to Dariya & Daniel for sharing their gifts and making this journey possible. 🧜♀

I have always felt free and alive in water, especially warm water. Water seems to be my element. I learnt Shiatsu from 2012 to 2016. When I came across the whole water work (Watsu, Liquid Flow, Water Dance), I felt so excited, whole, taken care of, and connected. It's a beautiful work that I want to integrate more into my life. The Liquid Flow Provider Program consists of two main parts. Firstly, Liquid Flow Essence (50-hour course) and an integration Day after some practice time, where we can ask questions about anything and receive adjustments. Secondly, Liquid Flow Deepening (50-hour course) and another Integration Day to consolidate. In Liquid Flow Essence we learned a lot of beautiful moves on the surface and underwater, but also had amazing landwork, from which I loved most the meditations. One of the best moments was a beautiful and very touching evening session. In Liquid Flow Deepening, we learnt a few more moves, but the emphasis was on the connection between practitioner and client. We practised a lot on how to dive underwater without a sign, which is only possible if one is aware of the client's rhythm of breath. This was a big challenge for me in the beginning, but brought so much connection and joyfulness after a lot of practice. This course again was filled with beautiful games underwater and on the surface, dancing and experimenting. I am very grateful to Dariya and Daniel for developing this program. Special thanks to Dariya, who brings beauty and life to every moment. She can challenge people with her outspokenness, but has so much love for everybody in her heart. From my perspective, she wants to help people free themselves from their layers and boundaries. Her attention focuses on every detail, and I received very helpful and appreciated feedback for my waterwork. Special thanks also to Daniel, the calm anchor and organizer behind the scenes, who is always there with his expertise to help with any questions. In Liquid Flow I learned how to bring flow in the moves, how to connect them and how to work with the water. How to be with the client and let moves emerge by themselves. During the course and practice time, I experienced being connected to the surroundings (somehow the boundaries of the skin widened, and it felt like becoming one with the water, with the air around the water and everything). Also, I had moments of deep joy (I wanted to break out in laughter underwater without any reason) and big curiosity. To create this space of love, oneness, being held and holding without any judgment or thought, where hidden things are allowed to surface and be freed is a beautiful practice and work, and I am very grateful to Dariya and Daniel for sharing.

Pulkit Gupta

Pulkit is a young Indian practitioner who brings together grounded presence, intuitive touch, and a cheeky playfulness that makes it easy to feel at home around him. His journey from high-adrenaline adventure sports into aquatic bodywork began unexpectedly in Auroville—and slowly unfolded into a deep trust in water as a space of healing and return. Drawn especially to Liquid Flow, Pulkit resonates with its blend of emotional depth, technical clarity, and fluid grace. His sessions are spacious, attentive, and nourishing, filled with both care and lightness. In trainings, he shines as an assistant—tuned in, supportive, and quietly present with the group field. He carries deep respect and gratitude for his teachers, Daniel and Dariya, whose presence and clarity have inspired his path. For Pulkit, Liquid Flow is not just a method—it’s a way of being, moving, and connecting with beauty, ease, and love.

We have all come from the embrace of the warm waters and for me, the discovery of aquatic body work, elicited an immediate sense of coming home. As a child in a family of sailors, water was always abundantly present. I’ve always loved to swim, snorkel, and I feel at ease and safe in the water. And while I’ve experimented with various modalities of body work, it was only during the liquid flow provider certification path that I experienced for the first time this seamless flow of giving and receiving energy. There is no effort in holding another with the support of the warm water. Nothing is taken away, only received. The exchange is a perfect circle of energy flowing from giver to receiver, back to give, while the boundaries blur in their definitions. I have loved every moment of the liquid flow provider certification and am full of gratitude to my teachers Dariya and Daniel for all the love they put into these trainings. Today when I offer a session to clients it is always with a smile at the basis of my being, one stemming from gratitude to my teachers, gratitude to the universe for having offered me this path, gratitude to the receiver who surrenders him/herself with trust into my arms and gratitude to the wonder and magic of the water, without which none of this would ever be possible. I look forward to my continued water journey and to offering myself as a channel of the water’s healing power to many more with whom my path will cross. I love you all already 🤍 With much care and gratitude

Becoming a Liquid Flow Provider has been a journey of deep connection to water and to myself. Since the age of 8, water has always played an important role in my life, especially through diving and freediving. In 2020, my discovery of warm water completely changed my perception of this element, offering me a new space for exploration, both physically and mentally. Liquid Flow has enriched this relationship by introducing me to a more sensitive and intuitive approach to movement. Each session allowed me to refine my understanding of gestures, of listening to both others and myself. It’s a practice that invites dialogue with water, where a fluid dance emerges, each movement guided by breath and a deep connection to the present moment. With this certification, my goal is to offer moments where everyone can surrender to relaxation, set aside the mind, and fully experience the serenity that water can provide. My aim is to help people reconnect with themselves through moments of softness and fluidity, where letting go becomes second nature. I am deeply grateful for the guidance of Dariya & Daniel throughout this journey, which has allowed me to grow and enrich my practice.

My journey in the world of water has been nothing short of a fairy tale, complete with the presence of a fairy Godmother and fairy Godfather! Fear and love for water have been consistently present from my childhood. I came into water courses as a scared being. From the warmth and guidance and support of my first water teachers Dariya and Daniel I could slowly delve into the magical water world. It led me to deeper spaces in my inner journey as well. Am grateful for the Liquid Flow program where I learnt more to dance with my fears and taste freedom in water. Carrying this wisdom in my being, it is always a blessing for me to hold a person in water. The intention I carry, is to surrender to the guidance of the water and the wisdom of the body and to be present completely in the moment. With the enormous learning from this course, I am able to work towards creating a safe, warm space in water for receivers, especially with traumatic experiences in water. It is an honour to witness when a receiver gets to revisit the tenderness that water evokes within and experience its healing power. From following the breath to the physical, emotional holding of the space to being present, I attribute these precious learnings to my water teachers. Thank you Dariya and Daniel for creating Liquid Flow. It is now part of of my life flow.

It’s been a long, winding journey coming back to water. For years after my mom drowned, I carried fear and cried tears. As I gradually opened up to a constant new birth in life, I’ve been facing situations I previously would never have imagined possible. Here in Auroville, I’m blessed to have been held in the arms of many aquatic practitioners. The warm water slowly melts away residual fear, and one day, I felt ready for a course. Signing up for Liquid Flow was a fluid, spontaneous decision. My life in water and on land has been shifting ground, toward a more willing, effortless commitment. Facing fear in my cellular responses; trusting water; trusting the guidance of Dariya and Daniel; trusting myself to hold presence and to be held softly and surely—this has been a gift that I am still unpacking. My heart holds a tender love for water, for humans, and I cherish every occasion to engage. Now, I’m ready to offer this gift—this fluid art—to more people, knowing how it can gently contribute to healing and ease us into the flow of life, that blossoming of our being.

Overcoming Water Fear Through Liquid Flow Throughout my life, I struggled with a deep fear of water that limited my experiences and affected my overall well-being. A transformative turning point came when I discovered the Liquid Flow modality, sparking an enriching inner journey. During my first workshop, the facilitators’ (Dariya and Daniel) passion immediately inspired me, and I began to accept the healing power of water as a medium of change rather than a source of fear. As I engaged in gentle movements and mindfulness, I felt safe and nurtured, releasing self-doubt and constraints. Each session deepened my understanding of being present, focusing on my breath, and surrendering to the flow. Water became my teacher, guiding me to immerse myself in the experience rather than struggle against my fears. This transformative process allowed me to shift my pain into light, resulting in greater emotional and physical release. My relationship with water evolved, enhancing my daily life through increased body awareness and emotional attunement. Inspired by my teachers, I envision a future where I can share this journey with others, helping them overcome their fears and find the freedom I experienced. In conclusion, my journey of overcoming water fear through the Liquid Flow modality has redefined my relationship with water and illuminated a path of personal growth. I am dedicated to advocating for the profound effects of water therapy and hope to share this life-changing experience with those seeking to transform their fear into light. Big gratitude to these two teachers Dariya and Daniel.
